CAL partnered with Wollstra Tech to develop a suite of customer onboarding solutions to address this very problem. The initial phase of the solution was delivered as a responsive Web application and commenced beta testing in November 2017.
The solution simplifies procedures for opening new accounts, and for signing-up new products and services, such as opening joint investments. Its value-added features include email notifications, safer eSignature facility and a seamless integration with CAL’s Oracle CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
